Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Finance professional to ensure the accuracy of financial statements, analyze financial data, and provide insightful reporting. This role requires someone who can tell the story behind the numbers in a way that's easy for non-accountants to understand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining financial controls and guidelines to achieve budgetary goals. Additionally, they will need to maximize payroll efficiency through innovative process development and help develop short- and long-term operational strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Strong grip on IFRS and US GAAP
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Strong understanding of processes
  • Strong command on financial data analysis
