Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our financial strategy, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and bookkeeping.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and oversee financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and benefits administration.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage departmental budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

Tax Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Financial Strategist or similar role with expertise in managing accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and bookkeeping.
