Chief Research Officer

This position involves independently designing research projects, executing and delivering tracking dials for key accounts. The candidate will also be responsible for resolving client queries with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in business administration, preferably in marketing, along with minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the research industry. Strong analytical and business writing skills are required, as well as proficiency in MS Office and basic commercial skills.
Additionally, the candidate should have strong attention to detail and knowledge of marketing principles. Travel across the country may be necessary for project briefings and fieldwork accompaniment.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate with clients for input on research questionnaires.
- Develop and finalize English and Urdu scripts in collaboration with the project management team.
- Prepare and finalize field master kit documents.
- Conduct master briefing sessions and supervise interviewer briefing and mock sessions.
- Resolve queries raised by the project management team, field team, and other functions.
- Monitor quality control procedures and ensure project execution according to protocols and client expectations.
- Prepare and finalize analysis plans in collaboration with the project management team.
- Develop project reports containing research findings.
