Job Overview

The Assistant Manager, SSE position provides administrative support to the academic administration of the School of Science and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate records of course plans for students across six majors.
  • Managing data and coordinating with Teaching Assistants.
  • Facilitating communication between Biology, Chemistry, Physics departments and the Registrar's Office for course memos.
  • Serving as a point of contact between faculty members and various departments.
  • Coordinating semester enrollments every semester.
Requirements
  • A masters degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
Additional Information

This is a key role within the School of Science and Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the academic administration team.
