Clinical Case Manager: Patient Care Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient cases and responding to inquiries in a virtual environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient cases from initial consultation to completion, ensuring exceptional patient experience throughout.
  • Process all phases of patient clinical assessments, handle diagnostics information, and liaise with international medical centers as required.
  • Conduct quarterly service provider reviews and build strong relationships to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the global patient coordination team to deliver comprehensive services that meet patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to provide seamless support to patients.
  • Deliver evaluation and coordination services remotely to patients, utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) applications to manage customer pipelines.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing, representing the company and its products in an ethical and professional manner.
Key Requirements:
  • Professional-level experience working in a virtual environment; ability to demonstrate a track record of success in this field.
  • Clinical training through working as a nurse or doctor; ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
  • Experience working directly with patients; ability to empathize and understand their needs.
  • Ability to learn relevant CRM software applications and utilize them effectively to manage clients/patients.
  • Solid computer skills, proficient in Microsoft applications and PowerPoint; ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • MBBS/BSC Nursing or equivalent medical education a major plus; ability to apply expertise in patient care.
  • A minimum of four years' relevant working experience; proven track record of meeting performance objectives.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; basic technical support knowledge and computer skills background.
  • Effective listener and understanding of customer expectations; ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work remotely, reaching an international customer base; flexible schedule a must.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing; other languages a plus.
