Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Support professional to join our team in Karachi. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.
Job Description:
- Process customer orders and respond to emails promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and calls efficiently.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in customer service and support roles with international companies.
- Experience in order processing and management.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in call handling and customer service.
- Familiarity with relevant CRMs.
- eCommerce industry experience is preferred.
Interpersonal and Soft Skills:
- A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A team player who cooperates and works well with colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills to explain issues clearly and simply, both orally and in writing.
- A strong work ethic and ability to multitask efficiently.
