We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Professionals to join our team.

Job Summary

This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and clear solutions via phone calls. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a critical thinker, and able to work well within a cooperative and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and understand customers' needs and preferences.
  • Clarify information and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Research and provide effective solutions or alternatives to meet customers' expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to all work regulations and policies.
  • Meet daily calling targets and contribute to the success of the team.

Requirements:

  1. Intermediate / Higher degree (e.g., A Levels) or above.
  2. Fluency in English is essential.
  3. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  4. Flexibility to work on night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM).
  5. Competitive salary package with incentives.
