Key Responsibilities

The Technical Consultant will be accountable for delivering high-quality solutions by working closely with various teams within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support during pre-sales activities, including customer workshops.
  2. Offer technical expertise on solution delivery fundamentals.
  3. Manage and maintain all relevant activities and deliverables from the Project Delivery Lifecycle for successful customer project delivery.
  4. Plan and execute onsite or offsite assembly, configuration, and testing of the solution for deployment in the customer's environment.
  5. Ensure smooth transition of the solution to Support.
  6. Collaborate with Support to resolve issues in production systems.
  7. Support project team staff in meeting deadlines and priorities.
  8. Contribute to product and customer-specific functionality, configuration, and usage for training and documentation.
  9. Maintain knowledge of the underlying technology and architecture of the product and solutions.
  10. Share expertise and experience with other teams to enhance consistency and quality.
  11. Identify and assist in resolving critical issues and risks.
  12. Adhere to and improve upon all formally-communicated methodologies, processes, policies, and values.
  13. Support and develop team members, participating in their up-skilling and training.
  14. Travel as reasonably required.
