
Administrative Department Lead

Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administrative department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide professional guidance and mentorship to all team members of the administrative department.
- To ensure the effective role of all administrative personnel in providing support to stakeholders and continuously monitoring activities within the department.
- To liaise with government agencies and external interfaces regarding administrative matters.
- To maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
- Responsible for maintaining the office building, furniture, water, and power supply systems.
- Responsible for ensuring product standards and following up on repair/maintenance activities as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with suppliers and vendors to achieve efficient and effective results.
- Responsible for properly maintaining admin-related files for smooth departmental operations.
- To liaise with government agencies like WAPDA, Police, and other agencies/suppliers such as TCS, DHL, TNT, American Express, Chamber of Commerce, Hotels & contractors.
- Responsible for providing pool car/rent-a-car, scrutinizing bills, and distributing charges to various cost centers.
- To ensure timely arrangements for passports, visas, and hotel reservations (local and overseas).
- Responsible for registering and insuring company vehicles, maintaining them, and providing pool car/rent-a-car.
- To take initiatives in making the administrative department an efficient facilitator and carry out any other task assigned by the executive management.
Requirements:
- Highly committed and motivated professional with strong work ethic and client-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with willingness to work under stressful conditions.
- Result-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Possessing excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, Windows, and Internet.
