Industrial Scaffolding Leader

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Scaffolding Leader to oversee and manage scaffolding operations in a high-risk industrial environment. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project efficiency within the Oil & Gas, construction, and industrial sectors.

  • The successful candidate will lead and manage all scaffolding activities on-site, ensuring safety compliance and meeting deadlines.
  • They will perform thorough scaffolding inspections and uphold high safety standards.
  • Their primary responsibility will be to train, mentor, and supervise the scaffolding team, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • They will also optimize resource management and collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
