Technical Business Analyst

This role involves a combination of technical expertise and business acumen to drive growth and innovation. As a System Administrator and Business Analyst, you will oversee the maintenance and update of WordPress-based websites.

  • Maintain and update WordPress-based websites to enhance user experience and engagement
  • Ensure systems and tools used in marketing, sales, and operations run smoothly, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity
  • Assist in the automation of internal processes and workflows to boost productivity and reduce manual errors
  • Learn and support integration tools like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, and TIBCO to stay ahead of the curve in technology adoption
Business Analysis Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven solutions
  • Scout for new tools, technologies, and talent to support operations and drive growth
  • Support in preparing reports, proposals, and client outreach strategies to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Work closely with business development and sales teams to introduce the brand to new markets and expand customer base
We're Looking For:
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field to provide a solid foundation in technical skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex issues and make informed decisions
  • Passionate about learning business tools and enterprise software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce) to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Comfortable managing websites (especially WordPress) to ensure smooth online presence
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and remotely to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with APIs, integration platforms, or basic scripting to expand skillset and versatility
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems to leverage existing knowledge and expertise
