As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and coordinating schedules. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist in event planning, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate should have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in office management is preferred but not necessary.
