Warehouse Officer - Finished Goods Job Description

The role of Warehouse Officer - Finished Goods is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities performed at the warehouse, including receiving and storing goods, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Manage and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound planning to meet customer satisfaction and Perfect Order targets.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure that safety and security measures are followed at all times.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to avoid delays and ensure continuous operation.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure effective storage space management and timely delivery of goods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-4 years' experience in Stores & Inventory Management.
  • Language Skills: English fluency, both written and spoken.
Essential Skills:
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in inventory management and dispatch processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address issues before they escalate.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • SAP Proficiency: Experienced in using SAP or similar ERP systems for warehouse activities.
