Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Consultant / Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, predictable, high-quality, and high-performance solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

  1. You will be responsible for analysis, design, building, and configuration of D365 FO custom functionality to meet business process and application requirements.
  2. Your work will involve development, support, maintenance, and implementation of complex project modules.
  3. You will create technical design documents and other technical deliverables per the project processes.
  4. You will collaborate with the project's architect and/or integration analyst to understand design considerations, review designs, and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices.
  5. Besides development, you will provide technical support in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and post-go-live enhancements.
  6. You will work independently on your deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
  7. You will support team members by sharing knowledge, providing clarifications, and suggesting best practices, including via company blogs.
  8. As part of an energetic development team, you will communicate regularly, share progress, blockers, and seek support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 7 years of hands-on development experience in Finance and Operations platform (Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 FO), with at least 1.5 years in Dynamics 365 FO.

• Deep knowledge of X++ programming.

• Experience in developing and updating SSRS reports and Forms.

• Expertise in extension methodologies and customizing D365 FO modules.

• Experience with installation and configuration of Finance and Operations modules and add-ons.

• Understanding of the software development life cycle within the D365 environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

• Hands-on experience with Application Integration Framework (DIXF and DMF).

• Experience building and deploying D365 packages using Dynamics Retail SDK.

• Proficiency in building and consuming Data Entities (OData).

• Experience with integration projects using Power Apps and Azure Logic Apps.

• Experience in data migrations and integrations with legacy systems, web services, and extensions.

• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, B2B, and B2C patterns.

• Possession of Dynamics 365 FO Certifications.
