ERP Implementation Consultant

Devsinc is seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in ERP consulting, with a strong understanding of business processes and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

The role involves requirement gathering, system configuration, and user training to ensure high-quality solution delivery to enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include participating in end-to-end implementations, conducting requirement gathering workshops, and configuring and supporting finance, supply chain, procurement, and other related modules.

Collaboration and best practices are crucial in this role. The consultant will work closely with senior functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers to support solution delivery. They must be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practices in ERP implementations.

Client engagement and process optimization are also key aspects of this role. The consultant will engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and requirements. They will assist in data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live preparations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT
  • Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Associate (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant ERP consulting experience
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • Understanding of finance, supply chain, procurement, and related business processes
  • Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions and document findings
