About the Role:
Tech Peak is seeking a Customer Acquisition Director to lead our customer acquisition efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain new customers, while also enhancing the value proposition of our existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Insight: Gain a deep understanding of our target audience's needs and preferences to tailor our services.
- Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute effective marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Set goals for the development team and ensure business growth through effective strategy execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or marketing.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
