Minimum Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations management with a strong background in hospitality.
  • Proficiency in personalized services principles and processes.
  • Proven expertise in needs assessment techniques, quality standards, and satisfaction evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with guest relationship management software.
  • Proficiency in English; multilingualism is considered an asset.
  • Strong guest service orientation and drive.
  • Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver flawless, upscale, professional, and high-class guest service experiences.
  2. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic direction to enhance overall ratings.
  3. Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, ensuring prompt and seamless service delivery.
  4. Actively listen to and resolve guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Oversee the arrival and departure of special guests (VIPs, SAs, etc.) and coordinate communication between guests and staff.
  6. Promote hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
  7. Direct, coach, and manage the guest relations team to maintain adherence to standards and operating procedures.
  8. Monitor team performance, produce reports, and implement control schedules daily.
