Job Title: Human Resource & Admin Manager

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Group CEO

Company: OB Hospitality Group (Café Aylanto, Fuchsia, The Mad Italian, Fine Foods Co.)

Job Purpose:

To lead the Human Resources function for OB Hospitality Group, ensuring strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, payroll, training & development, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance across all brands under the group, maintaining a high-performance and people-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to forecast talent needs and create succession plans.

2. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions across the group.
  • Ensure quality hires through strategic sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding practices.
  • Build partnerships with hospitality schools and training institutes for talent pipelines.

3. Training & Development

  • Design and implement training programs focused on customer service, food & beverage excellence, compliance, and leadership.
  • Coordinate with restaurant managers to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted learning.

4. Performance Management

  • Manage the annual performance review process with KPIs tailored to each department.
  • Support managers in conducting appraisals, feedback, and goal-setting.

5. Employee Relations & Culture

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment rooted in hospitality excellence.
  • Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
  • Lead internal engagement programs, employee recognition, and retention initiatives.

6. Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and hospitality regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Attendance and payroll coordination with finance and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.

7. Organizational Development

  • Champion organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Support expansion plans with scalable HR practices across new outlets or cities.

8. Admin functions

·Utility bills follow-up and verifications

·Printing and packaging

·Dengue team visits

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • In-depth knowledge of Pakistani labour laws
  • Leadership in a multi-brand, fast-paced hospitality environment
  • High emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in HR software/tools (e.g., Odoo)

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management
  • 6+ years of HR experience, preferably 3+ years in the hospitality or food service industry
  • Proven experience in managing HR for multi-location or multi-brand operations
  • Odoo HR software experience preferred
  • Based at OB Hospitality Group's head office in Lahore (on-site)
  • Occasional travel to restaurants for audits, training, or support
