Overview
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing finances, including processing invoices, handling petty cash, and preparing cheques. They will also perform bank reconciliations, maintain accurate records, and assist the manager in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payment.
- Manage petty cash and prepare cheques.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce (Bcom) or any finance-related courses.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
