Site Installation Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee the on-site installation process of our products. This role is critical in ensuring all installations meet design specifications, company standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct pre-delivery site inspections to ensure readiness for installation.
- Cross-verify delivered goods with order specifications and packing lists; promptly report any discrepancies or shortages.
- Supervise installation work in strict accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Validate and verify contractor bills and site expenses to ensure cost control.
- Perform final inspections to ensure all fittings and installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate and obtain the final finishing report from the client to confirm satisfaction.
- Compare completed installations with design drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence.
- Manage and lead on-site labor and contractor teams for optimal productivity.
- Address any installation issues or modifications in collaboration with contractors.
- Match on-site measurements with drawings; document discrepancies using a standard checklist.
- Perform point marking and apply elevation layouts and drawings appropriately.
- Report item shortages to the Site Manager and raise complaints within 24 hours.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in site supervision and installation management.
Strong understanding of interior fit-outs and modular furniture installations.
Proficient in using measurement tools and basic site documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
