Site Installation Coordinator Role

This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual to manage the on-site installation process from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting pre-delivery site inspections, verifying delivered goods against order specifications and packing lists, and reporting discrepancies or shortages promptly. Additionally, they will supervise installation work according to company standards and guidelines, validate contractor bills and site expenses, and perform final inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary to effectively manage on-site labor and contractor teams, as well as collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and SCM departments to ensure material readiness. A strong understanding of measurement tools and site documentation is also required.
