Relationships and Growth Manager

This role will be responsible for managing and developing high-profile client relationships to drive business expansion and achieve strategic objectives. Exceptional customer service and financial solutions will be provided while maintaining operational risk and regulatory compliance.

This role will focus on acquiring new clients, providing services to existing clients, cross-selling products, increasing wealth management penetration, migrating clients to digital channels, converting leads, and maintaining regular client contact.

  • Acquire new clients through lead conversion and prospecting.
  • Provide excellent service to clients by addressing their needs and resolving issues.
  • Cross-sell relevant products to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Increase wealth management penetration by identifying and targeting high-value clients.
  • Migrate clients to digital channels for efficient transaction processing.
  • Convert assigned leads into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain regular client contact to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
