Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive business growth expert to drive our company's expansion in the IT staffing and talent solutions space.
This is a challenging role that requires identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the market.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in lead generation, staff augmentation, and digital marketing platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand our presence in the market.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and handle client objections efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development and sales.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals through digital marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation and IT talent solutions (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Experience in email campaigns and LinkedIn prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
