Marketing Professional

The primary role of this position is to oversee the promotion of our brand and services to both consumer and medical audiences.

This includes managing the day-to-day activities of the marketing department, creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan in conjunction with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities also include ensuring effective branded marketing communications, including the company website, social media, print communication, and advertising.

Effective communication internally and externally is also a priority.

Major projects such as PR events, launches, marketing campaigns, and trade show exhibits will be managed by this individual.

Liaising with external agencies, such as PR, creative, online, media buyers, and medical publications, is also required.

Updating press releases from outside agencies will also be a task for this person.

Working closely with department managers in-house to create marketing pieces for different areas, re-writing text for relevant audiences, and ensuring effective communication will also be necessary.

Staying up to date with tools of the trade in marketing, including PR, written communication, website development, and market research, is essential.

Maintaining a high level of knowledge of hospital clinical services is also required.

Working closely with GP/Companies/Insurance's medical departments/Liaison executives to ensure a clear marketing message to the audience and providing marketing support and materials supplied to them will also be needed.

Staying aware of competitor activity and general healthcare updates will also be necessary.

Contributing to internal and external meetings from a marketing perspective will also be required.

Managing Grand Rounds and relationship management with Consultants/GP/Companies/Insurance's medical departments/Liaison executives will also be a task.

Managing relationships with key personnel in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries with a view to confirming ongoing sponsorship of hospital events will also be necessary.

Directing and managing Social Media & Marketing Assistant and providing support and guidance will also be required.

Researching and evaluating new opportunities for the business, and customer needs and insights will also be necessary.

Analyzing the effectiveness of all marketing efforts will also be required.

Developing an annual marketing plan which should detail the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives will also be necessary.

Demonstrating technical marketing skills and company product knowledge will also be essential.
