Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive business decisions. This involves extracting data from various sources, building automated models and dashboards, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have experience working with large datasets, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and hands-on experience with Power BI.

A key aspect of this role is to develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics. This includes designing dynamic dashboards, automating data refreshes, and scheduling report delivery.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex insights effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA, macros)
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report creation)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SQL and other data tools is a plus
