Job Title

A Financial Analyst role is available in a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks.

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data flows and ensure data integrity across multiple SaaS business products.
  • Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights on revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data from different business tools and improve financial processes and efficiency.
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in financial reporting.
  • Accurate calculation of the monthly commission payable for all commission-eligible staff across all Business Units and communicate the amount to each commission-eligible staff member.

  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to make recommendations based on investigation and judgment as well as ability to discern when to escalate issues.
  • Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one's own time and proactively raise any concerns about workload to the appropriate manager.
