Job Summary:

We are seeking a Strategic Data Insights Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business performance analysis and driving the OKR process to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead in-depth business performance analysis to uncover key insights supporting senior leadership in strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Drive the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process for the organization—setting, cascading, and tracking progress to ensure strategic focus and accountability across functions.
  • Collaborate with Business and Functional Heads to review performance, gather core insights, and co-create solutions that improve outcomes.
  • Track and report on the execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst; experience within a strategic/central function is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred) in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science or Management Science.
  • Proven expertise in SQL and designing scalable, efficient queries for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership in managing the data analysis lifecycle, including problem formulation, data auditing, analysis, interpretation, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to craft compelling business cases supported by statistical and mathematical modeling.
  • Experience creating data visualization reports using Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
