Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Territory Business Manager in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and concessionaires.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to deliver results.
  • Negotiate and agree joint business plans with customers to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Daily monitoring and business development by forecasting sales and supporting customers in formulation of JBP.
  • Implement agreed JBP/Concessionaire Business Plan and review KPIs' progress on weekly basis.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG/Snacking industry is preferred.
