Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Network Development: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring timely updates and maintaining accurate records of candidate pipelines.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing timely updates.
  • Qualification Evaluation: Evaluate candidate qualifications and negotiate offers.
  • Candidate Onboarding: Guide candidates through onboarding and ensure a seamless transition.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to hiring managers and clients.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Detail-Oriented and Proactive: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience and Education: 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition, with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field required.
