- Candidate must be capable to strategize HR management and employee development.

- Implementing HR management policies and procedures.

- Define corporate HR strategies, competency mapping, appraisals and succession planning.

- Must be strong in developing and analyzing reports and presentations.

- Promulgate employee training and development activities.

- Motivate and encourage the employees to perform best for the company.

- Manage and monitor employees on performance improvements plans.

- Collate and maintain employee suggestions and queries.

Job Specification

- 5-7+ years of experience in a senior HR role.

- Minimum MBA degree.

- Experience with recruitment, screening, development and implementation of HR policies.

- Ability to use Word/Excel.
