Job Overview

Maintaining the smooth operation of a bank's IT security services is crucial for ensuring business continuity. As an IT Security Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining system documentation, tuning, and troubleshooting system performance to enable seamless service for business operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maximum Uptime: Ensure maximum uptime of IT security infrastructure and meet SLA requirements.
  • Infrastructure Administration: Administer and maintain the bank's IT security infrastructure.
  • Threat Monitoring: Proactively monitor firewalls, IPS, and critical security components to ensure service availability and detect potential security threats.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with bank information security policies and adhere to security baselines.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver and implement security projects.
Operating Environment

The operating environment includes various security systems and tools such as Checkpoint Firewall, Cisco Firewall/IPS, Cisco ISE, Imprivata Single Sign-on, McAfee Antivirus, Force point Web Filters, Azure Cloud Security Operations, Microsoft EOP Email Security, Fire eye, CyberArk Secure File Transfer, Algosec Firewall Assurance Tools, and IBM Guardium DAM.
