About the Role:

Zameen's Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of facility-related data and reporting across various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain a comprehensive database for facility operations, maintenance, and related activities.
  2. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to optimize facility performance and resource utilization.
  3. Manage inventory levels for equipment, materials, and essential supplies to prevent stockouts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  5. Create detailed reports to highlight facility performance trends and operational metrics.
  6. Carry out regular site visits to conduct facility audits and ensure adherence to operational standards.
  7. Monitor and document compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  8. Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and building inspections.
  9. Identify and report critical issues requiring managerial attention and track corrective actions.
  10. Prepare periodic reports on facility status, operational efficiency, and maintenance activities.
  11. Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related queries and concerns between site teams and the head office.
  12. Notify management of any compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent Excel skills and data analysis expertise.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Lahore, Pakistan as the primary location.
