As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless journey from start to finish.
">- Respond promptly to customer inquiries: via email, chat, or phone, providing empathetic and solution-oriented support.
- Manage orders with ease: track updates, resolve issues, and collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle order complexities: cancellations, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records: of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Prioritize multitasking: handle multiple requests simultaneously, staying organized and focused in a dynamic environment.
- Leverage support tools: Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar platforms to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify order management required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
