Job Title: BI Analyst

We are seeking a strategic data partner to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. As a trusted analytics advisor, you will deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis Advisor: Provide data-driven insights, performance tracking, and decision support.
  • Campaign Reports Owner: Manage recurring campaign reports and performance trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Campaign Dashboards Builder: Build, maintain, and optimize campaign dashboards to enable real-time performance monitoring and visibility for business teams.
  • Analytical Expert: Conduct deep-dive analyses pre-, during, and post-campaign to surface actionable insights on key KPIs (GMV, Orders, CR, CTR, etc.).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing stakeholders to support ad-hoc data requests and quick-turn analysis for time-sensitive campaigns.
  • Data Integrity Assurance: Ensure data integrity across reporting pipelines by working closely with data engineering and governance teams.
  • Query Optimization Specialist: Support query optimization and production dataset maintenance to improve dashboard efficiency and load time.
  • Reporting Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, automation workflows, and campaign analytics frameworks.
  • Performance Management Driver: Drive performance management through the tracking and communication of KPIs, trends, and opportunities across different campaign types.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain data points and trends to stakeholders.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL – ability to write simple to moderately complex queries.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
