Key Responsibilities">

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring seamless data monitoring and optimization.
  • Understand business operations in both domains to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data-driven insights.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming data requests, ensuring timely delivery and clarity of findings.
  • Present complex data insights in a structured and actionable format to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data consistency and quality across dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Support query optimization and help streamline data sources used in reporting.
