Role Overview: We are seeking a senior examination official to join our team as Controller of Examinations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our institution.
About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the examination team and overseeing all examination-related activities. They will work closely with academic departments to ensure the smooth execution of examination processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the examination team and oversee all examination-related activities.
- Develop and implement examination policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
- Ensure the highest standards of integrity and fairness in all examination processes.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in any discipline from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC).
- Eight years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized public or private universities or degree awarding institutes or public sector organizations.
- OR MS or M.Phil in any discipline or 18 years education from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC).
- Ten years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized institutions.
- OR MA or MSc in any discipline or 16 years education with at least 2nd division from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC).
- Twelve years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized institutions.
