About the Role

A highly skilled and organized individual is sought to join our team in a project coordination position. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing engineering projects, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. You will also coordinate cross-functional project activities, monitor progress, and update project documentation and status reports regularly.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. They will be proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets, and have a strong organizational and multitasking ability with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed engineering project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities including procurement, production, quality, and logistics
  • Monitor project progress and update project documentation and status reports regularly
  • Identify project risks and issues, escalating and supporting mitigation efforts proactively
  • Facilitate communication and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Support vendor management and procurement processes related to project needs
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent engineering degree
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or engineering project coordination, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG sectors
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
