Project Coordinator Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring coordination with all departments on meetings. The job also involves providing project updates to management in the form of presentations and reports, making weekly/monthly target reports, and following up with site teams on a daily basis on progress and targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and ensure coordination with all departments on meetings.
  • Provide project updates to management in the form of presentations and reports.
  • Make weekly/monthly target reports.
  • Follow up with site teams on a daily basis on progress and targets.
  • Coordinate between head office and project site teams.
  • Develop analysis between planned and actual progress.
  • Identify bottlenecks and come up with resolution strategies.
  • Develop procurement plans and ensure procurement tracking.
  • Generate material PRs.
  • Projects RFI's Coordination.
  • Visibility of Material Demands tracking of all projects.
  • Coordination with Design and drawings control management.

Qualifications:

A construction-relevant engineering degree or bachelor/master in business administration or management is required.
