Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and general support requests related to Xfinity services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they receive the best possible experience.
  2. Utilize your knowledge of Xfinity services to resolve customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
  3. Work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Xfinity sales campaigns is preferred, but not required.
  • Extensive experience in inbound sales, billing, or call center environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
