Role Summary:

The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Sales:

    • Present and pitch the company's services to potential clients.
    • Achieve sales and recruitment targets by consistently bringing in new business.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Manage relationships with clients post-onboarding to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services to onboarded clients.
    • Present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • KPI Achievement and Performance Monitoring:
    • Meet or exceed KPIs related to client onboarding, successful placements, and service expansion.
    • Monitor progress against KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to business growth.
