Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administrative professional to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records and files, ensuring seamless office operations.

  • Perform diverse administrative tasks to guarantee seamless office operations, consistently demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, formatting, and data entry) enables efficient data management and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills facilitate clear expression of ideas and effective collaboration.
  • Organizational prowess with attention to detail ensures accurate record-keeping and streamlined processes.
  • Email handling skills allow for professional and efficient communication, resolving issues promptly and diplomatically.
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrates academic achievement and foundational knowledge.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred, showcasing developed skills and workplace understanding.
