**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize our Walmart Marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of both dropshipping operations and WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services), including product listing, inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings using Walmart Seller Center.
  • Perform keyword optimization, A+ content integration, and catalog enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with Walmart's listing policies and content guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with third-party dropship suppliers.
  • Process and track orders from multiple dropship vendors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping confirmation.
  • Resolve issues related to inventory, order delays, and out-of-stock items.
  • Set up and manage products for WFS.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments to Walmart fulfillment centers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenishment within WFS.
  • Handle performance metrics like shipping speed, inventory accuracy, and customer feedback.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order defect rate, late shipment rate, and seller score.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to improve profitability and reduce returns or cancellations.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure full compliance with Walmart policies regarding returns, refunds, and seller performance.
