Ecommerce Operations Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced ecommerce operations specialist to oversee our online sales channels.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multi-channel inventory management and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Store Setup & Platform Management
    1. Set up and launch new stores on multiple marketplaces.
    2. Create and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and conversions.
  2. Order Fulfillment & Customer Service
    1. Manage end-to-end order processing across all platforms.
    2. Provide multi-channel customer support via email, chat, social media, and marketplace messaging.
  3. Sales & Marketing Strategy
    1. Optimize product listings for higher conversions using SEO, keywords, images, and descriptions.
    2. Run promotions, discounts, and marketplace-specific campaigns.
  4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
    1. Forecast demand and ensure stock availability across all platforms.
    2. Use inventory management tools to sync stock levels.
  5. Compliance & Risk Management
    1. Ensure compliance with Amazon Seller Policies, Daraz Seller Rules, and other platform requirements.
    2. Stay updated on taxation, shipping rules, and platform-specific regulations.
