- A strategic thinker with experience in managing complex organizations.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within healthcare or business administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- A people-centric leader, demonstrating empathy and humility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Emotionally mature with strong personal values.
- At least an academic degree from a reputable university.
