  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketeer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, with expertise in social media advertising, search engine marketing, and data analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using Facebook insights.
  2. Set targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  3. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising.
  4. Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
  5. Manage ad campaign expenses, budgets, and monthly costs.
  6. Coordinate with clients for all technical matters, including accessing particular ad accounts or solving technical issues.
  7. Achieve target sales as per strategies designed.
  8. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience on ad creatives.
  9. Run Funnel Highly Optimized Funnel Google and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
  10. Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts.
  11. Minimize overall costs per lead and increase ROI in terms of eCommerce sales.
  12. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  13. Biznership new and creative growth strategies.
  14. Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns.
  15. Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Expertise in social media advertising, search engine marketing, and data analysis.
