Odoo Implementation Expert

This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Odoo implementation professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and offering expertise in finance.

The key objectives of the role involve implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions to meet client needs, identifying opportunities for improving business efficiency, and providing training and support to end-users.

  • Configure, test, and deploy Odoo modules across various business functions (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.)
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders

To excel in this position, you should have strong analytical skills and 4+ years of experience with Odoo implementation (Community or Enterprise).

You should also have proficiency in Business Process and Consulting, a solid understanding of business processes across domains, and proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client management.

A degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field is advantageous but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
