Robotics Lab Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage our state-of-the-art Robotics Lab. As a Robotics Lab Manager, you will oversee the lab's daily operations, ensuring a safe and productive environment for students to learn and grow. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering robotics curricula, leading explorations in various technologies, and managing lab equipment and inventory.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechatronics engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience in robotics education. You will work closely with science, math, and art teachers to create interdisciplinary STEM projects. Your role will involve coaching students for national and international competitions, such as FIRST LEGO League, RoboCup, and World Robot Olympiad. Additionally, you will collaborate with industry partners to stay updated on emerging technologies and develop new learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Deliver: Create engaging robotics curricula for Grades 6–12.
  • Lead Explorations in: Various technologies, including drone mechanics, solar-powered bots, electronics, microcontrollers, 3D modeling, and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Mentor & Inspire: Guide student projects, foster collaboration, curiosity, and confidence.
  • Manage the Lab: Oversee daily operations, maintain equipment, ensure safety, and manage inventory.

Requirements:
  • A Mechatronics Engineer (Bachelor's required, Master's preferred) with a passion for teaching and innovation.
  • Proficient in coding (Scratch, Python, C++), robotics kits, 3D design software, and drone tech.
  • Experience organizing or participating in robotics challenges and guiding students in competitions.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
