Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize paid media strategies to boost online sales.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of performance metrics daily to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with the eCommerce and creative teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in running and scaling paid media campaigns for eCommerce brands.
  • Proven track record of managing ad spend of at least $500/day.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of CRO principles and A/B testing.
  • Ability to combine creative thinking with data analysis to drive growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
