As a Social Media Manager & Content Writer, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and driving engagement with our target audience. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement effective social media strategies, create engaging content, and monitor online communities.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. They will also be proficient in content creation tools and able to analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and manage online communities.
    • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Content Writing:
    • Produce high-quality, original content for various channels including blogs, newsletters, website pages, and marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create cohesive and compelling campaigns.
    • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content.
    • Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and adheres to brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and content writing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
