Key Performance Manager

We are currently seeking a Key Performance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing effective reward and recognition policies aligned with market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global processes and geographical programs in line with global framework and local support as required.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive business needs through consultation and lead the implementation of our global processes and pay philosophy in the geography by defining fair and driven local compensation offerings.
  • Design, implement, and manage total rewards packages including benchmark and benefit design to ensure efficiency and competitiveness in the local market.
  • Drive country-level governance and compliance by ensuring all Total Reward results have applicable instructions, frameworks, and governance in line with global directives.
  • Provide proactive thought leadership on Total Rewards to business leaders via external and internal market data, trends, and insights.
  • Collaborate with business and geographical people function to embed global approaches in base pay, salary benchmarking, salary budgeting, and short-term variable pay.
  • Support local People Business Partners and provide Total Rewards training to ensure successful usage of total reward policies and initiatives.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of global initiatives and projects to support business needs, improve employee engagement, manage risks, and control costs.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience in developing and implementing total rewards strategies.

Candidates must also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
